We are looking for a part-time member of staff. Fancy working with us? 

Initially, this role will predominantly be based in the main shop. You will be assisting in the day-to-day running of the shop, providing excellent customer service, cash handling, cleaning to a high standard and handling food products. 

 

This role may then evolve to assist in the making of our baked goods, for which all required training will be provided. As such, you may be required to work in our kitchen unit based in Hillhouse Industrial Estate on occasion.

We work Tuesday to Sunday, so hours will vary across these days. Initially, this is an 18-hour position but these may grow with the business. We also require flexibility in hours to cover annual leave and sick days. Being able to work weekdays and weekends is a must. Hours typically between 8.30 am to 4.00 pm.

Experience 

Desirable: 

• Experience working in a fast-paced food or retail environment 

• Barista experience

• Basic food hygiene certificate, advantageous but not essential

• Willingness to get up early, get stuck in straight away and work hard 

​

Essential: 

• Punctuality - a must as the shop requires to open on time for customers. 

• Attention to detail 

• An ability to work as part of a multi-skilled team

• Working to your own initiative
